Once you have checked that you are eligible and your request for support fits within our rules on how we can help, you can download an application form here

We meet four times a year to discuss new applications and make decisions. If your need for support is particularly urgent and you cannot wait until the next meeting for a decision, please state this on your form explaining why.

Completed application forms should be returned to the Clerk to the Governors, Worrall and Fuller Exhibition Fund, St Luke’s Centre, 90 Central Street, London EC1V 8AJ. Electronic copies should be emailed to worrall&fuller@slpt.org.uk

You should expect to receive an acknowledgement of your application form within a few days of us receiving it. It would be very helpful if you could provide an email address for this.
